Are they nuts?  Chase gave me 0% on my current card with the $6500 balance but I would drop them like a hot potato if they jumped my rate to that crazy number.  After April it should go to 8.99%.  I hope they don't try that tactic with me since they have only made the $50 balance transfer fee off me in the last year.  Sheesh! Over 30%?!!!!
